Serenity Under Tranquil Moroccan Skies

about

I know what you're thinking. "Isn´t this just the exact same song as I just heard?" Well, yes, more or less it is. And no, this is not a 2 Chainz remix album. "Serenity Under Tranquil Moroccan Skies" is more or less how I originally wrote "Moroccan Sky." I wanted to keep it stripped down, simple, acoustic and maybe even a little "pretty."

After completing "Moroccan Sky," it made me want to go back and just record the whole damn thing with a shitty microphone in the corner of the room. I spent way more time than necessary on the "Moroccan Sky," production and probably prefer the quiet, tranquil vibe of this acoustic version.

The arrangements is more or less the same, with just some alternate lyrics and not as "expansive."

I am very pleased with the results and ecstatic to be able to share it with you all!

lyrics

Marrakesh markets and streets
Paths illuminate for you
Confronting a beggar's pleas

People look for answers
When they're quite high
Some look for them
In the night sky
She keeps on staring
Until this fire
Burns a Moroccan sky

Burns a Morcacan Sky
Under Moraccan Sky

She seems impossible to read
Drunk on her magnetic eyes
A fire burns as you fall to your knees

People look for answers
When they're quite high
Some look for them
In the night sky
She keeps on staring
Until this fire
Burns a Moroccan sky

Burns a Moroccan Sky
Under Moroccan Sky
Under Moroccan Sky
