“Mystic Mountains” consists of two separate tracks totaling more than 40 minutes in length. The music is all instrumental and could be described as “ambient,” or possibly “drone."

The album was written, performed and produced with the intention of accompanying a meditation practice. I have benefited greatly from meditating regularly, and found that ambient sounds enhance my consciousness and awareness during practice.

When I began this recording project, the idea was to never inhibit the exploratory nature of writing and recording. I am pleased with the way every EP and album has been a complete departure from previous work.
